Circle K helped me to grow from a minimum wage job to a career in management. They promote from within the company, making it possible for someone with no college education, like me, to be successful.

Cons

Circle K does not treat their lower level employees, like cashiers, very well. They have high performance expectations for low pay. And their benefit package is terrible for store employees.
