      * They do not show any appreciation for store employees * Store Employees made to feel expendable and worry they could be fired when they make their next mistake * When corporate implements new process and procedures at store level, it is obvious they do not actually know the inner-workings of a store. When asked how they expect it to work out, they admit they don’t know and the store will just figure it out * Extremely high turnover due to no attempt to hire or retain quality emplyees

      Circle k expects way too much Out of managers and docks bonuses over stuff the manager can’t control. They should make expectations based off how much sales the store normally has, how much food the store usually sells. FFF is a waste of time and product for stores that are surrounded by restaurants. Open 24 hours 365 days a year which is just ridiculous that employees can’t spend holidays with their family, stores that are open 24 hours need a drive thru for 3rd shift to cut down theft. OUR VOICES DONT MATTER ITS ALL MONEY TO THEM.

      The staff can be really neat people

      Cons

      Circle K pays 100% for a death & dismemberment life insurance policy starting day 1 with the company as the beneficiary but pays 0 for health insurance! They do not give any sort of employee discount! Store managers are hourly so there’s no incentive to answer their phones for store issues 24/7 and they don’t answer either but can you blame them!!?!!
