Pros

Customer Based, Continuing Training, has plenty of options to choose from. Good for part time employees or college students looking to make extra cash.

Cons

Horrible Management, Horrible Communication, Multiple staffing and scheduling conflicts, Cuts everyone's hours, puts Food Captains on shifts that do not pertain to Food Captain Duties, Can not keep employees, under pays employees, wants employees to do the job of five people. Inventory issues, no set schedules. Keeps employees in the dark until the last minute.
