      Low pay and little autonomy. RODs micromanage all aspects of the business.

      Pros

      Company car that is to small to carry all of the boxes required for the job. But the Regional Directors get an SUV and carry zero items with them.

      Cons

      You are micromanaged to death. Company likes to promote and recruit regional directors that do not understand the business and try to run it like a sales team.

      All I can really say is that the paychecks clear, never had one bounce.

      Cons

      Management micromanages, if they spent time trying to fix problems instead of standing over us, it would be a better place to work. Poor communication, poor benefits.

      Weekends off most of the time

      Cons

      The work goes home with you. Your phone never stops ringing. The manager is always at fault even if they have no control over the situation. Hard to take off for a vacation that is not interrupted.At the end of the day you are only just a number to them.
