      I absolutely freaking love my job so much. My coworkers are like my family, my customers as well.

      Cons

      They really need to change their whole format because the managers get plenty of perks all kinds of contests every single one the Manager wins prizes, iPads, etc. they go on trips all the time for Manager meetings. I go to LA spend Hella money on motel hotels what not but their employees get minimum wage and that’s all they will ever get. Literally, I have a coworker. That’s been there 30 years and makes minimum wage.

      You need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to come up with solutions on your own. The shop I worked in would have two on the evening shift so when one is on break the other has to run everything
