Pros
Fast growth if you are under the right manager and are a good worker. I had a good manager so I grew very fast. Always learning new things. Paid holidays off as long as you have people to cover it. It is up to you to build a solid team and train them.
Cons
The pay should be more for having to be available 24-7. If someone calls out, you have to get it covered, or go in. Your responsible for everything in the store.
