There really are no besides being able to keep my lights on.

Cons

Understaffed. They begin at minimum wage and at most stores you have to be 21 McDonald's is hiring at 18 an hour. They have restructured the bonus points system to include things out of our control. They will set a weekly sales target that is impossible to reach, they deduct more for products that go bad due to not selling and have to be written off. My quarterly bonus has shrunk from 5k to under 1k under the new head of the district Minesh Patel with his corporate cost saving measures.
