Cons

too many to even begin. If you think that your going to get any help your kidding yourself. The VP’s and RDO’s set unrealistic goals.

Pros

Pros were the bonuses you could get based on store performance. Discounts were great

Cons

Hours are terrible no flexibility at all they have very rigid shifts and not enough employees . Usually only 2 per shift which is crazy when rushes happen
