Pros

-Night shifts are usually quiet -customers can be nice

Cons

-managers don't care about employees and appease the corporation -small mistakes are the only thing focused on -No training when new things are added to stores -no way to contact HR reliably -Allows known problems to fester. Mold, dry rot, bugs, ect -doesnt allow employees to make solutions for problems (ie. Having a water cooler for pump attendants due to hot weather so they dont pass out)

Pros

Its a job, thats about it.

Cons

You are overworked and short staffed. Usually have to work in all departments and are still expected to finish all your duties and most of the time your alone even when your not technically alone. Store manager and assistant manager are buddy buddy and talk about all the staff and make rude comments. They are hardly ever there, pretty sure they make salary and if corporate saw how much they weren't there they probably wouldn't have a job anymore.

Free drinks, flexible schedule. Regulars were pretty cool

Cons

Nobody wants to work so you’re constantly called in on your days off and some days they will try to get you to work double shifts
