It took 14 days to get my workers comp claim started and they didn’t do it I called every office I till I found somebody who would even care , that I was ran over by a truck and dragged 30 feet. I was promised promotions upon my return if I helped get a store in shape that required I ignore my medical restrictions, then was told I wasn’t with company long enough to get promoted, but I’m in pain everyday morning to night and when I started to file complaints on the incompetent handling of my injury I was called into an off the clock meeting to be bullied into ending my complaints. Then they started using my disability as a weapon against me to write me up with the clear goal to run me off.
