      Pros

      CK cares about it's employees and their health, has a generous bonus program and listens to it's employees. You can talk to the leadership team about anything.

      Cons

      They are making everyone go back into the office 5 days a week full-time after we've been working from home for over 6 years now. No exceptions unless you don't live in a state where there's a corporate office.

      Pros

      I enjoy the teamwork from my immediate manager and a few employees. I have very little good to say about the company. At this point it has become about saving money rather than customer satisfaction and readiness.

      Cons

      Hours being cut by machines and outside workers who don't get everything done. Working more hours by yourself. All while customers getting ruder and more theft occuring. This is bad buisness.
