Pros
Coworkers are friendly and always helpful. With profit sharing there is a great reason to take pride in your work every day. Very family oriented and willing to work with you when dealing with challenging times in life.
Cons
Pay rate may be lower than most places due to the profit risk sharing aspect. There is a lack of accountability on employees which leads to people slacking off and taking advantage of the fact that management doesn't monitor people and what they are doing.
