      Pros

      If you're looking for a family-oriented, putting the employee first environment, this place is for you. Working for Cirtronics for over 10 years, I've raised three children through this company. The people care deeply for one another, serving their customer with focused values on honest, respect and transparency. We have a lot of fun while working hard and celebrate our successes together.

      Cons

      The only downside is I wish there were more companies like us that served the community and environment like we do.

      Cirtronics is a people focused business, with regular profit sharing as well as being an ESOP company. They care deeply about their people and do their best to create a close-knit community.

      Cons

      Having people be the focus of the business can sometimes to lead inefficiencies in how things are done, but processes are being reviewed regularly with the goal of optimizing work flow.
