Pros

Consistent Employment, good networking ops, sponsorship/mentorship programs, value internal hires.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions/raises without changing positions. Management is highly variable and will impact how much you enjoy your Cisco experience. Tech is not as sexy as other tech companies.
