      The best run company I've ever worked at.

      Pros

      Empowerment, Responsibility, and both encouragement and opportunity to grow skills and knowledge. I've worked for several high-tech companies and this one is the best run of any I've ever worked at.

      Cons

      Management on average isn't as technical as other companies I've worked with, which probably limits the complexity of the projects we've ended-up tackling in the past. The company understands this and is actively working to address the issue. I'm hopeful that the changes our BU is undergoing will address this in the not to distant future.

      Your future is very much down to you, lost of opportunity to work in exciting technical areas and with clever people. Cisco leads and other follow

      Cons

      Your future is very much down to you :) a lot of polictics at senior level and as its a US company dont expect to make policy unless you move to San Jose. Lost of peolpe happy to jump in whne there is success but not when there are "challenges" or out and out failure

      Pros

      Can be laid back. Lot of opportunities. Ability to move around. An entire spectrum of technologies to work on.

      Cons

      Too laid back if you are in your 20s/early 30s. Too big, too much process. Too many project cancellations (maybe a very specific bad experience I had).
