      Pros

      Fast changing, company that tries to do the right thing and communicate well. Nice smart colleagues. Market in fast transition (pro and a con). Great technology for virtual working. Multicultural and working across geographies.

      Cons

      Large company, can make decision making slower, but once decisions are taken they are executed. Market in fast transition (pro and a con). Functions may move to lower cost hubs / locations.

      Pros

      Culture promotes an environment where you don't have to feel awkward reaching out to more experienced people or seeking input on problems. There is great camaraderie at all levels, people are friendly and helpful. Compensation and benefits are great but more importantly, Cisco recognize the importance employee satisfaction. Interactions with Cisco feel human and personal. Mobility is a reality here, the workforce and teams are global but work seamlessly. The company values are very simple - to put it briefly, they focus on integrity and respect. Highly recommended!
