      Emplyee friendly, flexible working hours and telecommutiing support. Cisco's broad product and technology portfolio provide employees with divercified operchunitees based on each individual's interest level. Cisco's overall compensation package maches with industry standards.

      Cons

      In Cisco If you are a hardworker and dodn't know how to say "NO" you could end up doing all others works. Medical benifits are not upto the mark .

      Pros

      In Cisco, Employees are well respected and treated. Cisco has an open, inclusive culture. Work and life can be well balanced. Senior managment promotes and practice an open transparent communication and employees are kept informed on company's strategy and direction. Overall, cisco is a good place to work.

      Cons

      It is too big, and too slow for you to move if you want a fast pace. Individual's contribution doesn't matter that much in such a giant company, which means the contribution may not be recognized properly. Cisco Systems might be a Good Place to work, but not a great company any more.
