Super chilled-out environment. Fellow engineers doing the bare minimum to get by. Often worked 5/10 hours a week without any lay-off fears as such. Excellent child care support with industry leading 401k match.

Cons

Absolute horrendous management. Your promos (which are almost non-existent) depend entirely on how well your manager thinks about you. Lack of well-rounded evaluations reeks extreme micro-management, toxic behaviors by managers and translates to no real motivation to work or excel. Even if you perform outstandingly well - the refreshers are peanuts. You then come across super-incompetent schmucks who got in just because they were referred by a relative WHO WAS ALREADY IN. A very obvious conflict of interest situation which just gets overlooked.
