Few holidays, it's as if we are curing cancer and can't let employees be off on standard, recognized holidays. Beyond horrible managers, every year we can't get leads done and have IT failures, but nothing changes....except clients leave. Wake up and hold the right people accountable for failures. Instead promote them because they are friends with the CEO. Most upper managers are nightmares. Yelling, moody, and complain to staff about everyone else. Horrible micro managing. Talk about growth but stringy with increases - 2% for hard work? Not able to handle growth because we can't handle the business we have now.

poor management, no one listens to your complaints, no organization, rules change daily, rules vary from associate to associate, no perks for working for this company, company recently sold and business is very slow, boring, management will not allow you to do anything when there is no work, HR department is awful, CEO is on a power trip, a lot of gossip, everyone concerned with what everyone else is doing.
