      Pros

      Remote work, but not much more.

      Cons

      Over worked and underpaid. Very little training but expected to know everything. Communication between departments is terrible. There is so much gatekeeping of information but that’s probably due to the lack of job security and the persons fear of losing their job. The continuous layoffs with little warning has removed so much historical knowledge it will be a surprise to see the company last much longer. However that doesn’t stop them from hiring higher salary positions when they no longer have the core knowledge or resources to fix EVERYTHING that’s no functioning properly.

      Background screening company with excellent work culture. Work-life balance is very good. Coordination with management and team members are also very good.
