      Pros

      Nice Benefits, Vacation Time, Plenty of Parking Spots, Very peaceful parking lot (Great for going on breaks in your car), Amazing Bathrooms (Best I've ever seen).

      Cons

      Boring Work Managers are rude because they're being micromanaged by higher ups. Takes 4 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the Office.

      Used to be better!

      Pros

      Most Employees are friendly. Leadership can be supportive depending on the department.

      Cons

      Becoming more about connections and less about qualifications. As the company has been expanding, older employees are being pushed out and new members of leadership are bringing in their friends and former co-workers to replace employees that have been with the company loyally for many years.

      Great experience!

      Pros

      Hands-on experience in all different areas of HR, from employee relations to recruitment to wellness initiatives and more. The HR office let me have a lot of control over my schedule, and if there was anything I wanted to learn or do, they helped make it happen. I got so much out of this internship that I can't wait to carry forward into my next experience.

      Cons

      The only con I had during this internship was that it was unpaid.
