      Pros

      Coworkers are hardworking and dedicated, doing their best

      Cons

      Current executive management is doing their best to alienate employees. They keep taking from employees and blame everyone except themselves. They have cut staff to the bone and then blame employees if quotas are not met. Curious that cuts are always from the bottom. Eliminating one executive would probably save 10 jobs .

      Pros

      Cisive provided excellent training. Once training was over its up to you to make the money by closing leads.

      Cons

      If you do not work well under pressure you do not want to work as an investigator.
