Pros

Work from home, paid time off

Cons

Blind lay offs, no job security, leadership and management don’t help when Que gets backed up, shifts are based on seniority which makes no sense. That’s a very outdated concept. It should go by individual stats or random draw. Managers pick and choose favorites and they accommodate those individuals but don’t offer help to others if needed. The only people who are happy are the ones apart of upper management… imagine that lol pay is NOT competitive. And they give no merit raises to the employees who actually work hard. The managers keep it all for themselves. They claim to offer career advancement but it’s all about who you know and suck up to. micromanagement at an all time high. There’s a reason the ratings are less than 3 stars on this company. Be aware.

Pros

Remote work option provides a work-life balance. Immediate leadership team is accessible and knowledgeable. The integrity of the work completed within this CRA is far more diligent competitors. Competitive pay was offered and benefits are relatively on par with other offers I received. A lot of senior executive changes which I believe were necessary. I'm amongst several happy employees that have been here 5+ years. It's unfortunate to see the negative reviews based on necessary staffing reductions. Cisive is not the only employer to have conducted lay offs in the last few months and they won't be the last. It's immature of a former employee to make such a negative review knowing what's happening in today's economy.

Cons

Meeting management is needed. Push to make more decisions rather than over-analyze situations without resolution. There are some leaders that appear to be in over their heads with basic management duties and should be seriously evaluated. Broadening career development and inside training for all staff.
