      If you love a challenge, this is the company for you. You'll find it challenging trying to find a work life balance.

      There are no boundaries. You'll find yourself working 10-12+ hour days. Meetings are scheduled at all hours of the day starting at 7am EST to 7pm

      Pros

      Feeling like I'm part of a bigger project/vision, pay, camaraderie between colleagues and inter-departmental teams, culture matches what the leadership says it is, and lots of growth and opportunity for new & tenured employees.

      Cons

      401K is not immediately vested. Some tenured employees are stuck in previous mindset when the organization was smaller and structured differently, and are resistant to change.
