Great Place To Work

Pros

The people that work in the division I am in are outstanding. They have been very supportive of me & others. I have been here for over 5 years and wouldn’t trade the experience. Leadership is transparent whenever possible, the pay is good, work environment is healthy & the company is growing. Flexibility, work/life balance.

Cons

Our systems need modernization & more IT support would be helpful. OJT instead of a formal training program for each division. (I know this is coming & look forward to it.)

Feedback is a gift and we appreciate yours! We are excited to be widening our L&OD scope in 2022. Additionally, our Cisive Corner events (hosted by our CEO) provide an opportunity for employees to interact with our executive leaders to discuss a variety of topics, including our company's growth and future initiatives. It's a great place for employees and executives to have free-flowing communication!

Pros

Growth/learning opportunities. Career paths. Great benefits. Great people (for the most part). Remote work availability. Fair compensation. Flexible schedule. Interesting business.

Cons

Employees complain about everything. People feel overworked and underpaid. Staff has high expectations from the company because they are transparent about growth, sales and acquisitions. They feel like the company has a lot money so they should be paid a lot of money, but have unrealistic salary desires. They expect executive level salaries for low wage jobs. Compensation is fair for the work, but raises could be better. Annual increase is okay, but it's standard. And it's not based on merit. Which makes it feel insulting. People want merit recognition. They want to be rewarded. Little action for employee appreciation. Not enough IT support to help the internal user/ work experience. A lot of broken peices that need fixing and get ignored because there's not enough IT staff in certain areas... the system has lots of little patches on big holes. Makes small day to day items challenging when they don't need to be.
