Work from home and not much eise

Cons

Strange group of people. It's like a cult. If you arent willing to pucker lips and brown nose you will fit right in. The turnover rate there is incredible. Someone is let go every week. It's bizarro work there. Like robots. Must eat sleep and breathe Citadel.

Acknowledge people for their hard work, experience and knowledge. Reward people for hard work. Salary and profit sharing is not fair to middle managers. Senior management is out of touch with the staff. Too much politics and favoritism.
