      Pros

      Working at Citadel Securities is definitely a challenging yet very rewarding experience. You starts to work on significant projects that directly contribute to the business on day one. You are constantly challenged with real-life problems. Some of them requires prompt action, and some of them requires in-depth analysis. You also get to work with the most brilliant people coming from very diverse backgrounds. All the people I've worked with are very efficient and friendly. The relative flat structure make sure you receive guidance from very experienced experts in the fields.

      Pros

      Every day is challenging and provides the opportunity to solve interesting problems. The company offers excellent perks, a highly competitive compensation structure, and after hours networking opportunities.

      Cons

      The learning curve can be steep but I have found that team members are more than willing to share their knowledge and take the time to answer questions.

      Pros

      I've appreciated the clear and direct guidance I've received on the milestones I need to hit to move my career forward at Citadel Securities. My manager, as well as others, have taken the time to provide timely feedback and support in pursuit of these milestones.

      Cons

      My responsibilities are significant. I certainly have questioned, at times, whether I am up for the challenge. However, I want to push myself and I feel that the expected performance is always within my reach.
