Long hours, just another clog in the wheel. Hard to measure your value when everyone is expendable.

We always appreciate employees taking the time to leave a review. It is not a secret that we love to hire recent graduates and believe that we are great place for employees to start their career. Being accredited with the CPA makes it easy for employees to get their hours for their designation. We are aware of overtime hours during the month end period. Recognizing this we try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing . Recently Citco has increased their online presence and I highly recommend following us on Instagram and LinkedIn. Pros

Company is good for arranging events and nights out. Free beers on Fridays and games room is nice. Workforce is fairly relaxed.

Cons

Little to no bonus, and poor salaries. Systems are shocking, slow and well outdated.
