      Thank you for your review. We support internship programs with the hopes that students will return to full-time opportunities within Citco. In regards to compensation, as part of a continuous assessment of our talent, entry level staff are eligible for a salary review on their 6 month and 12 month anniversaries. We also review our salary bands annually to ensure that we are competitive within the market. As part of our total rewards program we offer generous benefits package (Citco pays premiums), generous leave policies as well as other benefits such as Tuition Reimbursement Program which helps support employees who are pursuing a relevant designation such as the CPA or CFA.

      Thank you for your five star review. It is great to read that you feel that there are a lot of opportunities for growth within Citco. In regards to your comment on employees being able to work from home, we do have a flexibility program at Citco that allows employees to work remotely up to 1 day a week. We encourage employees to utilize our flexibility program. As a current employee of Citco you can find the flexibility policy on our HR SharePoint site which provides all of the options available.
