There will be a fair amount of overtime regardless of attempt to keep work life balance for employees.

We often hear this mentioned which is great as our colleagues and environment have such a big impact on our day to day working life. We do appreciate your point regarding overtime. Given the nature of our industry, we do sometimes see more overtime than we would like and we aim to balance this with policies and practices to support work life balance.
