We regularly hire graduates and invest heavily in professional and personal development through our leadership development and accredited training programs. I also appreciate some of your comments around our limited opportunities for upward mobility. This had been a common theme at Citco and so we have recently launched a program called MyCareer which makes it a lot easier for employees to be promoted within the organization.
