Being part of a large, global company sometimes can be challenging with moving things forward as quickly as we want. However, we try to allow our employees to work within global teams for support and to help move along projects quickly. We are always open to improving our way, and really appreciate this feedback.

You rightly point out that in certain regions there is no company specific benefit under Retirement Plan, however we regularly benchmark to ensure that our total compensation package remains competitive within our industry and regions.
