Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the work environment and this is often listed as one of the positives of working with us. We aim to create a collaborative and friendly work environment in all our offices. I appreciate that due to the client focused nature of our business, the hours are sometimes longer than we would like and we do try to balance this with policies and practices that promote employee work life balance. It was as a result of employee feedback that we just launched our new MyFlex programme to encourage and support flexibility in the ways we work. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree that Citco is a great place to learn and gain exposure to our industry. We invest heavily in training and development across all levels which includes formal and on the job training. I appreciate that the client focused nature of our industry does sometimes lead to longer hours than we would like. We try to balance this with policies and practices that support employee well being and work life balance. We have recently launched a new programme to support flexible ways of working, and this was as a direct result of feedback received through our engagement survey.
