Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree that Citco is a great place to learn and gain exposure to our industry. We invest heavily in training and development across all levels which includes formal and on the job training. I appreciate that the client focused nature of our industry does sometimes lead to longer hours than we would like. We try to balance this with policies and practices that support employee well being and work life balance. We have recently launched a new programme to support flexible ways of working, and this was as a direct result of feedback received through our engagement survey. I am pleased to hear you mention flexibility options, such as working from home, as we recently launched MyFlex to give employees and managers more flexibility in the ways we work.
