      Relatively uninteresting work, decent first job experience but not a career

      Pros

      You are promoted based on how hard you work, there is no advancement based on time with the company.

      Cons

      Difficult to move to other departments, lack of training and development in employees which results in greater turnover. The work is pretty boring and 90% of the time involves sitting in front of a computer inputing data.
