      Pros

      I do not know what this would be, depends an individuality.

      Cons

      Managers are not concerned about his/her team's career growth. Its only about meeting deadlines all the time and quality. There is no scope for growth. The managers are too picky about who they recruit to safe guard their jobs. Not a good company for someone who is looking at a good future in the industry.

      Pros

      Free beer past 5pm and free beverages but who cares? Nice staffroom... I'm struggling to find pros.

      Cons

      Terrible management. People are promoted to Senior/Supervisor/Mmgt with 0 people skills. Being yelled at throughout the day..talked down to..not respected. There's a reason why everyone hates it here and why the turnover is so high. Keep your head down and mouth shut sort of 'culture'.. It's a joke here and the staff all know it. I took the time to come here and write a review.. I checked the reviews before I accepted the offer, and I should have listened and stayed away. PS - I have 4 years experience and I get paid a good chunk less than a few new grads. Nice.
