Pros
Show up to work 30 minutes late, take back door in. Read sports, CNN, (Alt + Tab) to random excel spreadsheet when manager walks by until 11:30AM 2 hour lunch at Whole Foods / Nap at Barnes Noble (if you're in JRC Office) Real actual work is about 2-3 hours a day that I could do with my eyes closed (Learn VBA & don't share) Leave 6pm on the dot. Rinse, repeat. . Can't get fired or laid off if you're in with the right people and know your stuff.
Cons
It's very hard to pretend you're busy. Working at Citco makes you fat. You're more likely to smoke... and drink obsessively on weekends
