We are pleased to hear that you see a value in the internal L&D initiatives as Citco prioritizes training, learning and development at all levels, we agree that our culture fosters a sense of camaraderie amongst colleagues. We see the value in a flexible/hybrid work environment but recognize there is no "one size fits all" approach. We recognize that our industry is one where there are times that require overtime.
