Too many silos, Difficult to collaborate with other teams who are often doing the same work, Hard to find information on processes, and cutting through the red tape to get there is even harder. 2 days in office with no guarantee someone from your team will be in, Interaction between different teams within CTM is such a minimum that the only sound on the floor some days are people on teams calls to the outsourced offices. Insulting bonus %.
