Overtime and extremely slow role replacement. Job burnout and low annual increases . Full push to automations even if the efficiency gains never materialize

Poor Management and Incompetent HR

A chance to grow and learn skills (depending on which team you are of course)

Cons

Incompetent HR, they’re not responding to emails when requesting for government documents. Concern is still unresolved, it’s been over a month. Zero work-life balance. Upper management does not see the value in investing on tools that help employees, too reliant on excel and visual basic that if it crashes, it will affect everyone; happens all the time. Low salary. Citco had to negotiate to other fund administrators that offer competitive salary to stop poaching their employees.
