1. Citco is a great place to work certified. 2. The company offers extensive trainings to ensure new hires are onboarded and properly welcomed. 3. Management values efficiency process improvement. 4. You will surely meet a lot of great and compassionate people. 5. Work is flexible. They offer Compressed work week arrangement during slack season where employees can work 10 hours for 4 days, giving additional day off to employees.

Cons

1 . Since there's busy season, employees are not allowed to take vacation leaves from jan to march. Also we are required to work minimum of 55 hours per week during busy season. 2. Workload can be overwhelming especially for new staffs.
