*13th and 14th month pay *retirement *HMO coverage

Cons

*lacks employee engagement. they do have fun activities but it usually does not fit the need of employees. the management encourage employees to participate but majority of them does not even join (e.g. team building) *promotions and salary increase are mostly based on their gut-feel and bias. they usually promote those who are close to the management even when with low performance
