High Salary + 14th month + Performance Bonus (Sup and above)

Cons

Politics is so bad! Overworked, Double shift every month end (no additional leaves or pay). If you try to open it up with your manager or VP, you'll be just gaslighted and they'll make you feel invalidated. Also, I dont know but you can't really trust your managers because what you say will just be shared to other people lol might as well post it on the floor to see
