Pros

Great compensation package and benefits, especially if you are a fresh graduate. There is room for growth. The people inside the firm are easy to work with.

Cons

Endless Overtime Little to no holidays (New Year, Good Friday, and Christmas are the only holidays that may be given) Management does not seem to care about their employees given the decisions that they have made regarding a new platform that is being used for daily operations.
