This is well known by management. -Very offensive language. This is done by managers and their friends. -Cult like culture: If you're are not submissive to the friends of the manager, you are immediately blacklisted and they will sabotage you personally and professionaly. This is well know by management. -Poor training and managers don't want to waste time with new employees. -The environment is very toxic: a)The manager's friends constantly have meetings to talk trash about the new employees (the ones blacklisted). They talk so loud that it can be heard from outside the office. "Stupid" and "useless" are the common adjectives. b)The new employees sit together in the same area where they share the sadness and sorrow of working in there. The mood is always gloomy. -They don't pay extra hours. -They don't understand young people and are not open to new trends or points of views.
