Work is manageable and minimal OT is required. high entryl level salary

Cons

management tend to micro manage and sometimes do not communicate well. Promotion is really slow. minimal raise

Pay is good and has many benefits. They care for their employees and growth never stops even after 2 yrs.

Cons

No worklife balance during busy season which is expected.

- Fair and decent compensation + benefits for fresh graduates - The team I work with are relatively nice - Has a work from home arrangement - Has overtime pay

Cons

- Workload can be quite heavy, daily deadlines for clients can get hectic which may lead to overtime - Getting used to company applications will take some time (in my experience)
