Global brand name , leader in hedge fund accounting

Cons

Very low take home salary because of archaic compensation structure where almost a quarter of the salary goes into long term retirement funds. This seems to be a deliberate strategy to withold employee compensation thoroughly confused global strategy with respect to India which results in a truly fluid working style and lack of professionalism

Good expat bosses were replaced by those who love favoritisms. Citco was really good back then, but politics is just something else.
