      Pros

      Citi offers its employees a very good benefits, the 401 k matches you contribution 1 $ to 1 $ .

      Cons

      Citi will work you to death, Citi never sleeps and you will too. Burocracy is literaly whats killing them, you may spend most of your day making sure that you follow the procedures, it leave no time for actual work. Budget cuts everywhere, no coffee, no caps nothing left but more work. NO bonuses, no rises this year, most likely next year too.

      Pros

      Stimulating enviroment which despite the public set backs still has enormous franchise power. The PR is probably 6 months behind the business at the moment

      Cons

      Biggest challenge is to overcome the brand damage. In investment banking the client has to feel that they are getting the best, blowing up your own balance sheet is not a good start

      -Management is accessible -The people a friendly and many are very competent -Not very structured - you can meet people way above your level and make some good connections

      Cons

      -Everything is politics and bureaucracy -You never know when you may be laid off -Often enough you can feel like just another "number"
