Treated as if your easily replaceable

Pros

Good pay, benifits, flexibility of schedual

Cons

To micro managed, your success is based on who your manager is and how much they like you. There are no set standards between managers and departments that you work for. People get fired daily for things their co workers get away with due to favoritism. Very high turn over rate, treat employees as bad as their customers.
