Pros

Best starting pay for tellers out of all the banks. Your branch is your team and somewhat become a family away from home.

Cons

Seems difficult to move up to a banker position. a lot of tellers seem to be older and been in the banking industry for years and years. again, making it difficult to get a promotion.

Pros

Huge Organization. You'll learn to cope with many different functions and teams. It will give you the possibility to work with many people from different countries.

Cons

Growth opportunities are not so many. Most of the people will change company to go up in the organization ladder.

Pros

Benefits are decent compared to the competition. The training department always had a lot of good people. Discounts on cell phone service.

Cons

The numbers. It's all about the numbers. You are not a person, you are just a number. It's not a very good feeling, now it is?
