Pros

Flexible work pattern Salary level reasonably competent Prestigious office if that is your thing Employee walfare is ok Good facilities

Cons

Senior Management seem to "manage up" No regard for a job well done You will feel like a cog in a machine Will get rid of people without regard once the going gets tough Poor at resourcing projects Are in love with offshoring

Pros

Some groups are really good at technical stuff but many around are just very bad. Overall architecture of the Risk platform is going though sea changes so one might get good opportunity of working in C# and few other technologies.

Cons

Pay is not at par with market, Some managers are absolutely non-technical and weak. Career growth is not enough for average employee apatite

Pros

It's a subsidiary of Citibank N.A. and a member of Citi. International communications/cooperation/teamwork skills can be gained from global dev model.

Cons

Management team failed to show the respects to their local stuff. Hard to leave the most valuable talent. Not open culture. Salaries are not satisfactory
